At 50, Vincent, our founder, faced this very challenge. His meeting with Michael, a Doctor of Innovation, unveiled a key insight: the importance of preserving the full potency of freshly harvested plants.
And so, Skov Elements was born, along with its revolutionary approach: the power of cold. This unique process maximizes the efficacy of natural actives to create exceptional skincare, perfectly suited for the most demanding skin.
HIS INSPIRATION?
The story of Skov Elements began over 30 years ago when Vincent, then a student, lived with Marianne, a Danish nurse and herbalist. She shared her passion for plants and the incredible benefits of forests on the body, mind, and skin.
Inspired by this heritage, Vincent reimagined skincare by combining the timeless power of nature with modern innovation. Skov Elements embodies this vision: exceptional skincare, respectful of both the skin and the environment, telling the story of the forest’s journey to your skin.
Today, Skov Elements continues to embrace this philosophy, blending the mastery of fresh botanicals with eco-responsibility. Each product captures this story, delivering the best of nature, elevated by science.

It took four years to perfect our first formulas in collaboration with our ECOCERT and COSMOS-certified laboratory in the South of France. We are privileged to work with a Doctor of Cellular Biology and passionate cosmetologists who excel in advanced green technologies. Together, we realized that, despite the abundance of cosmetic brands, our specific needs remained unmet.
WHERE DOES OUR BRAND NAME COME FROM?
Skov means ‘forest’ in Danish. Thanks to Skov Elements we make a tribute to Marianne’s origins.
